This artifact is a standard operating protocol to conduct an experimental trial, this trial was conducted to gather high-fidelity data that could eventually inform pediatric clinical practices. It follows the strict guidelines necessary to get research involving animal models approved to move on to the conduction phase. In this context, accuracy isn’t just a goal; it is a legal and ethical requirement under IACUC (Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee) standards. In this observational study, I investigated the correlation between branch morphology and fungal pathogen susceptibility in Tecoma stans using  linear regression of field-collected data. I identified a negative correlation between branch length and leaf damage through quantitative data. For this artifact, I  utilized the IMRaD structure and presented my skills in producing structured reports, data analysis and scientific literacy.
